MATBOCK

MATBOCK is a robot developed by Helical Robotics to support navy visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) operations.  The system is based on Helical Robotics' FerroTanker-20, a 54 pound climbing robot that magnetically adheres to a ship's hull. The MATBOCK VBSS robot transmits full motion video to an operator's tablet while carrying a climbing hook to enable a VBSS team to scale high-freeboard ships.
